For the last two years, I have committed myself to grow in wisdom and knowledge and aimed to read a book a week.
I haven’t always hit the mark but it’s a habit I highly recommend.
You can take a look at Growing Pastors Have Growing Churches for more info on how to set up a growth plan for yourself.
It’s essential if we are to be the best pastors and leaders that we can be that we read, read, learn and read!
